The lineup for the N64 library in the Expansion Pack got a refreshing update today, leaning heavily into a PlayStation vibe.
Now featuring Ridge Racer 64, this classic arcade racing game makes its return. Originally hitting the scene in 2000, Ridge Racer 64 never made its way to Japan. Interestingly, it was produced by a Nintendo team under Namco’s license, with the project spearheaded by Nintendo Software Technologies.
Fans might recall that RR64 served as the foundation for Ridge Racer DS, released during the DS’s initial launch period.
