Take IT Studio, the creative minds behind the original Electrician Simulator released in 2022, are now ready to electrify the virtual reality world. This month, they’ll launch a VR edition of the game, accessible on platforms like Quest, PSVR 2, and PC VR headsets.
In Electrician Simulator VR, players will step into the shoes of a professional electrician—or ‘Sparky’—immersively engaging in tasks such as fixing outlets and switches, threading cables through walls, and wiring up various electrical devices. It’s an experience that brings the nitty-gritty of electrical work right to your fingertips.
The team at Take IT Studio has carefully crafted each mission in the VR version from the ground up. While these tasks maintain a foundation in what players experienced in the flatscreen version, they promise fresh scenarios. Players will also get to interact with an array of (sometimes unpredictable) customers who might throw in an extra request or share a quirky story or two, adding an authentic touch to the gameplay.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. On top of standard missions, Electrician Simulator VR will introduce a challenge mode. This feature will push players to dissect and complete three additional tasks per mission, offering puzzles that are a bit off the beaten path and demand some creative problem-solving.
Mark your calendars for March 21st. That’s when Electrician Simulator VR is set to launch. If you’re ready to dive into a world of wires and wattage, you can add it to your wishlist now on Quest 3/S, PSVR 2, and SteamVR headsets.
