Koinuma’s new role will officially commence on April 1, 2025. Previously, he made significant contributions as the chief operating officer and served as both president and general manager of the entertainment division.
In a strategic move, the company plans to restructure, creating two distinct entities: Koei Tecmo Games and Koei Tecmo Corporate Finance. This division reflects their commitment to focusing on specialized areas within the organization.

The company has been methodically laying the groundwork for this transition, engaging with the Nomination and Compensation Committee to chart a sustainable course for future leadership. The emphasis on this new management structure, set to be implemented at the start of the fiscal year 2025, aims to foster continued growth and boost profitability across the group.
